The façades at Sa Bahia are finished with natural clay mortar, chosen for both its warm aesthetic and exceptional thermal performance. Clay helps regulate temperature and humidity by storing heat and absorbing moisture, creating a more stable, comfortable indoor environment. Solar panels have been installed on the sun deck of each home, with around seven panels per property. These systems are designed to generate up to 4.7 kW of clean, renewable energy. By offsetting approximately 0.7 to 1 kg of CO₂ per kilowatt-hour, each installation can help reduce carbon emissions by 1.5 to 2.2 tons annually depending on energy use and sunlight levels, making a meaningful contribution to a more sustainable future.
A water tank of 30,000 litters is installed in each villa to capture rainwater & grey waters that will then be used for house non-potable purposes, reducing demand on municipal water supplies
